What we collect

Enquiry data. The name, company, email, telephone number and order details you submit through our enquiry form or send us by email.
Commercial documents. Tech packs, designs, specifications and samples you send us for quotation.
Technical data. Standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

We use enquiry data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare costings, and manage any order that follows. We use technical data to keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.

Your designs and specifications

Anything you send us for quotation is treated as commercially confidential. We share it only with the specific partner factories required to quote or produce your order, and only to the extent needed. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving your materials if you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to three years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Order records are retained for seven years to meet accounting, customs and export documentation requirements. You may ask us to delete anything not subject to a legal retention obligation.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your colour theme preference is stored locally in your own browser and is never transmitted to us.

Sharing

We share data only with partner factories and service providers directly involved in delivering your enquiry or order, for example a nominated inspection body, freight forwarder or testing laboratory, and where required by law.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@tsjsourcing.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted encrypted and stored in access-controlled business email and file systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
